Broker/Senior Advisor

Matthew serves as Broker and Senior Advisor for Georgia Premier Real Estate Advisors specializing in the sale of investment properties, recreational land, and commercial real estate. Matthew graduated from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia where he majored in Real Estate. He achieved his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2018, Commercial Real Estate’s most valuable designation. He has served on numerous boards and committees in the area including Madison Morgan Cultural Center, Madison Presbyterian Church, and Bright Paths. Matthew is a graduate of Leadership Oconee and is a member of the Athens Area Association of Realtors. Matthew and his wife, Christine, live in Madison, Georgia with their two young sons.

Senior Advisor

Jesse Patrick serves as a senior real estate advisor for Georgia Premier Real Estate Advisors specializing in farm/recreational land, investment properties, as well as commercial real estate. Jesse is a graduate of the University of Georgia College of Agriculture and Environmental Sciences. He had the privilege of growing up on a family farm, which taught him the value of hard work and dedication. He brings the same work ethic to the clients he serves. Jesse, his wife, and three children reside in Morgan County. Jesse has served in several positions such as the president of the Putnam County Farm Bureau, Madison First United Methodist Church committee member, Morgan County FFA Advisory board member, Baldwin, Jones, Putnam Cattleman’s Association member, and member of the Athens Area Association of Realtors. In his free time, Jesse operates a farm with his father that grows corn, soybeans, wheat, hay as well as beef cattle.
